Terms & Conditions — tkaka Platform Rules
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tkaka platform — Bangladesh's dedicated English-language cricket betting and casino service. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet. By accessing tkaka, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tkaka. By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the tkaka platform.
What These Terms Cover
Account Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of Bangladesh to hold a tkaka account. One account per person. Identity verification is mandatory before withdrawals are processed.
BDT Transactions
All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on tkaka are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Accepted channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank accounts.
Fair Play & Integrity
All casino games use certified RNG systems. Sportsbook odds are set independently and are not subject to modification after a bet is accepted. tkaka does not tolerate any form of fraud or manipulation.
Bonus Conditions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements. Promotional funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated rollover conditions have been met in full. Bonus abuse results in account suspension.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tkaka login credentials. tkaka will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.
Responsible Gaming
tkaka provides deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools to all account holders. Use of these tools is encouraged. The platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above who gamble recreationally and within their financial means.
General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and tkaka ("tkaka", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the tkaka platform accessible at tkaka.net. These Terms govern your access to and use of the tkaka website, mobile browser interface, sportsbook, live casino, slots, and all associated account services including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and customer support.
By completing the account registration process, accessing the tkaka platform as a visitor, depositing any funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm unambiguously that:
- You have read these Terms in full and understand their content;
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
- You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
tkaka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the tkaka platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where an amendment is material, tkaka will use reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account.
Governing Language: These Terms are published in English. The English text is the authoritative version for all purposes, including dispute resolution.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with tkaka's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tkaka. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional offer's terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
The tkaka platform is strictly intended for adult users. Access to and use of the tkaka platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and all account services — is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:
- Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering an account, accessing any game or betting market, or depositing funds on the tkaka platform under any circumstances.
- Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- Single Account: You may hold only one (1) active tkaka account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances associated with the duplicate accounts.
- Own Funds: You must only deposit and wager funds that belong to you and that you have the lawful right to use. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, using fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or using funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
- Personal Use: The tkaka account must be used solely for your own personal recreational gambling. Operating the account commercially, as part of a syndicate, or on behalf of any other person is prohibited.
18+ Policy: tkaka takes its age restriction obligation seriously. All accounts are subject to identity verification (KYC) prior to withdrawal processing. Where tkaka has reason to believe an account may be held by a person under the age of 18, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the originating payment method and no winnings will be paid.
tkaka reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point during the lifetime of an account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by tkaka will result in account suspension until such documents are received and verified.
Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of tkaka services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a tkaka account. Registration is free and is completed via the tkaka platform at tkaka.net.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must not use a pseudonym, nickname, or any name other than your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
tkaka is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing any withdrawal request. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
- Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account);
- A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document;
- Any additional documentation that tkaka deems necessary to comply with its verification obligations.
tkaka aims to process KYC submissions within 48 hours of receipt of all required documentation. During the verification period, deposits and gameplay may continue, but withdrawals will be held pending successful verification.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tkaka username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You must notify tkaka immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. tkaka will never request your password by email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel.
One Account Per Person: tkaka operates a strict one-account policy. If you already hold a tkaka account and attempt to register a second account — for any reason, including taking advantage of a new-account bonus — both accounts will be suspended and all balances will be reviewed for forfeiture.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the tkaka platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tkaka does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any funds received in a currency other than BDT will be rejected and returned to the sender.
Accepted Payment Methods
tkaka currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. The most current list of accepted methods is displayed within the tkaka account dashboard at all times.
Deposits
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your tkaka wallet in under 60 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to credit depending on the processing times of the originating bank. tkaka does not charge any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit under these Terms, though tkaka reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits where responsible gaming concerns have been identified or where verification requirements have not been met.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. tkaka aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt. Actual credit times depend on the processing speed of the receiving payment provider. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. tkaka does not charge a withdrawal processing fee, though individual payment providers may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:
- Your account must have successfully completed KYC identity verification;
- Any bonus funds associated with your account must have met the applicable wagering requirements;
- The withdrawal must be to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your tkaka account;
- There must be no pending investigation, dispute, or security review on your account at the time of the withdrawal request.
Third-Party Payments: tkaka strictly prohibits deposits from payment accounts not registered in the account holder's own name. Any funds received from a third-party payment account will be returned and the associated tkaka account will be suspended pending review.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the tkaka platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other products available within the platform.
Sportsbook
All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a bet ID has been issued, the odds cannot be renegotiated. Pre-match bets are accepted until the event's official start time. In-play bets are accepted at live odds that may fluctuate rapidly; it is your responsibility to confirm the odds displayed before confirming a bet. tkaka reserves the right to suspend or restrict betting on any event at any time without notice.
Bet settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, tkaka's specific event rules will apply and will be displayed alongside the relevant market. Where no specific rule applies, tkaka's general void rule will be applied: all bets on the voided event will be settled at odds of 1.00 (stakes returned).
Live Casino
Live casino games are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. All live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game processes (real cards, real roulette wheels) observed and operated by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment. tkaka does not interfere with or influence any live casino game outcome. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, any open bet will be settled according to the relevant game's disconnection policy as published by the game provider.
Slots & RNG Games
All slot games and RNG-based casino games available on tkaka use independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available within the individual game's information panel. tkaka does not modify RTP settings beyond the options made available by the game provider. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays in the affected round.
Maximum Win Limits: Individual games and betting markets may be subject to maximum win limits. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Wins exceeding the stated maximum win limit for a single game round or single bet will be capped at the maximum win amount.
Bonuses & Promotions
tkaka offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence over these general bonus terms.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded to your tkaka account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Until the wagering requirement has been met in full, bonus funds are ring-fenced from your real-money balance and cannot be withdrawn.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, stated in the specific promotional terms. If the wagering requirement has not been completed within the stated period, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from those bonus funds will be forfeited automatically. tkaka will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.
Bonus Abuse
tkaka reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it has reason to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using wagering patterns specifically designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk; colluding with other players to accumulate bonus advantage; or providing false registration information to qualify for a bonus. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, tkaka may close the account and retain all funds pending investigation.
Promotional Eligibility: tkaka reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from individual promotions, or to limit the value of a bonus offered to a specific account, at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for promotional bonuses during the restriction period.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of your use of the tkaka platform, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point;
- Registering more than one account or operating an account on behalf of another person;
- Using the tkaka platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, data-mine, or otherwise extract data from the tkaka platform by automated means;
- Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
- Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or any form of corruption that may affect the outcome of an event on which tkaka offers betting markets;
- Money laundering or using the tkaka platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing tkaka staff or other users via any communication channel;
- Attempting to access any area of the tkaka platform for which you do not have authorisation;
- Transmitting any malicious code, virus, or harmful data to the tkaka platform or its infrastructure.
tkaka monitors account activity continuously for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, tkaka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, withhold any pending withdrawal, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
Reporting Misconduct: If you become aware of any person engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed above — including match-fixing or multi-accounting — you are encouraged to report the matter to tkaka support at [email protected]. All reports are treated in confidence.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either you or tkaka may close your tkaka account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.
Voluntary Closure by the User
If you wish to close your tkaka account, you may do so by contacting the support team via the email address [email protected] or through the live chat function within your account settings. Upon receiving a closure request, tkaka will settle any outstanding bets, process any eligible withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance, and deactivate the account. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Note that bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Self-Exclusion
If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, tkaka offers a self-exclusion programme. Self-exclusion is a formal process through which you request that tkaka prevent you from accessing your account for a specified period or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, login is blocked and all marketing communications to the account are suspended. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Account Suspension or Closure by tkaka
tkaka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
- Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the account holder's payment provider;
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy);
- A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
Where an account is closed by tkaka due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to any breach (e.g., dormancy), the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the account holder upon identity verification.
